ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Your order is confirmed when full payment is received.

We have three payment options available to use at your discretion:

Credit Card, PayPal or Direct Deposit.

If you reside outside of Australia, we bill your card the Australian dollar amount ($AUD) but you will be billed in your local currency using an exchange rate at your card company's discretion. There is a 5% card charge for overseas buyers which simply reflect any charges banks levy on us for international transactions.

We accept payment via PayPal.  Our PayPal account accepts most major credit cards and is the most secure way of online payment used by over 50 million people worldwide. We also accept payment via direct deposit/bank transfer. If you prefer bank transfer, let us know when you confirm your purchase, and we will provide you with our banking details.

Once payment is received, we will dispatch your order and let you know when you will receive it.

Postage, packing and insurance charges are not included in the prices quoted neither on www.saharagallery.com.au nor on any of our social media pages.

Please provide your location so that we can provide a quote on the above. We calculate shipping and insurance based on your location and the size of the order placed.

Since every order is unique and the art pieces are relatively heavy, we quote the above based on your specific needs so that we can get the best possible price for you at the time of purchase. 
OUR GUARANTEE

The works of art featured by Sahara Gallery Australia are unique and of a very high standard and come pre-waxed and polished, ready for display. We only offer sculptures that are made from the hardest Zimbabwean stone. We DO NOT deal with soapstone. All works are signed by the artist, and are accompanied by the following supporting information.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, which we sincerely hope that you are not, you are welcome to return the art piece within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition.

We will provide you with a full refund to the value of the artwork. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage, packaging, insurance or any other costs incurred during the buying process.

We take great care to showcase our art pieces in a way that resembles the actual piece as closely as possible. However, photography rarely does any justice to the sheer detail of colour and texture these stone sculptures display.

We often get people commenting how much better the pieces look in real life.
